TalkSerotek: Specifying soundcards?

Hi all.  If you have 2 soundcards in a machine, is there a way to have s a
split out from the one where the media and other sounds play through?  So
that speech can be from another speaker?  If so, where do you go to do
this?  I gather that would be a windows thing if at all??
