TalkSerotek: SA and Itunes

Hello,
I've just bought an Iphone 3G S and tried to set it up using SA.
Got into a pickle as I couldn't acces the screens verry well.
It seemed to be just scrolling in the background of the Itunes window.
Have we got full access for this task? Or, do I need sighted help for this
task?
