Rick,
I
Have spoken to Richard and as far as I am concern this is a dead issue. But
when SATOGO was launch, it was not free. Others at Serotek have agreed with
this point.

Hi David. Satogo.com has always been free to my knowledge. My knowledge goes
back as far as March 2008 which doesn't sound long. I only discovered System
Access through a forwarded e-mail from a friend who read about the Air
Foundation. As for the rest of the services, they are chargeable under
different types of packages or individual stand alone products.

Richard,

I guess I will have to call because I apparently am unable to get my point
across. .

I will attempt one last time to state it clearly.

I agreed to pay $25.00 a month for the following:
License to SA
Ability to use the SATOGO, which was not free at that time.
Ability to install the SA software on a thumb drive.
Any updates to the SA Software, which was listed separatly from the use of
the SAMNet
A garaunteee that at the conclusion of the contract that the future cost of
updates would not increase.
Ability to use the Neospeech and any updates to the Neospeech software

Access to the SAMNet.

You are correct Richard when you state that I would not have been charge for
updates. However, according to the information provided at the time of
purchase, the issue of updates was not package as a SAMNet benefit, but a
separate benefit. You can spin this anyway you wish, but no matter how you
flip it, the plain truth of the matter is that the issues I listed above are
a part of my contract. No bundling or packageing was given, but separate
benefits or services were listed.

I am happy for those who no longer have to pay for updates, but disappointed
that services that I pay for are now free without any reduction in price.

Hi David,
You are getting what you are paying for. No SAMNet subscribed user has
ever had to pay $60 more for upgrades if they had System Access. Since
your contract includes a four-year subscription to SAMNet, you, along
with all other users who entered into the contract are getting exactly
what you paid for and would have never been charged the $60.00 upgrades
even if Serotek had not declared the death of the SMA. Please call us
if this is still not clear.
Thanks
