On Windows Vista, System Access works best with Internet Explorer 8 and Vista Service Pack 2. Have him make sure he is running the latest updates from Microsoft. Otherwise, he needs to call support.

Hi, I've got a friend who is using System Access. When he tries to use Internet Explorer he keeps getting a message saying that internet explorer isn't responding. He is using Window's Vista. It works fine with Jaws but not with System Access. Thanks.
