  Just wanted to share my experience with serotek support.  I emailed them 
about an hour or two ago about a problem I was having with a U3 drive on vista. 
 Brian called me just a bit ago and explained about how we shouldn't use U3 
drives on vista.  I just want to say that I was extremely supprised and quite 
happy at the quick response.  Definitely no other AT company is personal in 
this way.  Buy the way Kacey, I think that the u3 caution on vista should be 
included in the help.  Thanks,
