If I purchase the Mobile Network as a monthly subscription will the online My Account let me easily cancel after a few months?

This option was the best as far as using public computers are. Most places won't even allow a U3 key so the pass key is the only option left. Unfortunately Serotek have suspended the pass key option so we've only the U3 key option left. I stopped my monthly service because I could no longer make use of the U3 key as the education centre in my area will not allow external devices to be plugged in to their USB ports.
