My problem with it is clearing the log.  Haven't figured out keystrokes to 
do it or how you wind up in the right menu for it.  It's almost like chance 
or something.

>From personal experience as a user of Magic Jack it works.  You do need
to check if it hangs up a call or not.  Sometimes it sticks.  My
husband and I have noticed that it functions better if a telephone line
is hooked up to it.  It is also easy to know if the call ends correctly
because you will either have no dial tone or when dialing a number the
dial tone remains constant.
It works on 32 and 64 bit machines.
