TalkSerotek: Machine licences

Hi
I have a machine which has set itself up as primary.
I try to get another machine, laptop, to run SA. I can get satogo to
run. But can not add my laptop to become another recognized machine. It
says I don't have enough licences.
I also cannot set up a home server.
I know somewhere that there was a way of sorting out all the licences.
Please remind me.
