TalkSerotek: A few bugs and some questions

Hello,
I just purchased my first month of system access as a service yesterday. Where
can you email or go to report bugs? Also, I noticed in the new brouzer there
isn't any option to create a passkey or put it on a U3 drive. There's also no
instant messenger option. Is this going to be put back in? And finally, it
asks me if I want to use the new brouzer even when I said yes the first time.
Is there a way to have it remember and use the new brouzer? Thanks in advance,
