Hi, there is some out there but I found out myself is to get a good digital
recorder and record it that way. I recommend the plex talk pocket it is a
totally accessible digital recorder. Now it will do the job it will sound
like it was recorded from a CD player. I just pop in the movie in my PC
usually and hook the recorder to it and let the movie play and when it is
finish boom I have the audio. The other thing I use is total recorder it
will capture any audio that is going thru your sound card. It is a lot
cheaper than the plex pocket. I think total recorder is less than 40 bucks
and the talking plex pocket is around 400 buck. Hope this helps. Oh by the
way you can do it with a cassette player recorder also. It is not as good of
quality but it will work.

Sorry, I don't know of a program which will extract the audio from a DVD
movie if that's what you were after.  I have had a DVD viewing program
recommended as one which is accessible to screen readers for watching a
DVD; here is the link to it:
