I had a problem with the question with the edit box asking about other impairments, so they called and helped me create it, but I would have been happier to have been able to it without any assistance.
Has anyone else completed the survey and run into this problem? They seem to think it is my browser, but if it recognized the other edit boxes, I don't know why I couldn't access the one about additional impairments.
