I use CVS to refill prescriptions. The first time I tried to renew via the
web page, I noticed a request for insurance information which was already on
file. I didn't complete that part of the page and was not able to get
refills by that method. I called the telephone number provided, and was
told to just put some text like "already on file" to enable ordering.
