We have nettally, and received tabi messages. Nettally uses an annoying
spam catcher which usually catches more than you want to. Frank and I
found that the best way to handle this was to turn the spam catcher off.
Pass it on that I would be glad to work with this person to do that if
necessary. Parts of the email interface are not very accessible. I had to
use the Braille display to change some options, but don't remember whether
turning off spam was one of them.
