I am writing regarding the city's budget. I would not support any cuts to
StarMetro. Both the fixed route system and Dial A Ride are critical to the
citizens that need to use the services. Any cuts to public transit will
damage the local economy, because transit is economic development. We cannot
make money, if we cannot get to our jobs. We cannot spend our money buying
goods and services in Tallahassee, if we cannot get to the providers of
those goods and services.
