Hello Brian, Thank you for looking into this situation. The Southwood shuttle got to the Koger Center when it was supposed to. The route that was running late was the Tall Timbers. Because of this, the other rider missed her bus at Miccosukee. She had asked if it could be held but was told that if they held a route, it would put everyone behind. Thus, she had to wait another 50 minutes. I do realize this is graduation weekend but, perhaps with a bit of pre-planning, this type of situation might be avoided. Unfortunately, this making connection issue is quite prevalent and goes far fast in folks deciding not to ride the bus if at all possible. On another note, I was quite dismayed to learn that the meeting scheduled for next week regarding the fixed route system was canceled. TCB's primary concerns that we are trying to have addressed and resolved are geared more towards Dial-A-Ride and night and Sunday service. I sincerely hope one kettle of fish doesn't cause the other to be forgotten about. They are both of high importance and deserve individual attention. Again, I sincerely appreciate the time and concern you have, and continue to show towards addressing issues with the fixed route system. I believe communication is the key and am happy to provide detailed explanations, suggested solutions and whatever other help I can. Thank you, Sila ----- Original Message ----- From: Waterman, Brian To: <tabi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, May 03, 2014 2:07 PM Subject: [tabi] Re: Star Metro strikes again. I stand corrected. If you could email me more information on her trip, I will find out what happened. We can only address problems when they are brought to out attention. Sila has been setting at the coger center waiting for her wonderful connection for the highly acclaimed south wood route. The bus was suppose to be there at 4.35 at 4-54 it's not there. The lady sitting next to her arrived 10 minutes early to catch her bus and missed it. She called to see if they would hold the bus for her and was told they don't do that. Robert
