I would like to say that if done right most of us would be in favor of a change to decentralize the hub system but the plan Star Metro is proposing isn't the right way to do it. The city and Star Metro aren't offering a better service for anyone except them selves. Not only for possible shoppers, but aren't they trying to get the general public to ride the bus, so: why don't the consider a very large employer like all those that work at the mall. Even with the draw backs, we have been screaming for years to grow out of the hub and spoke system and have busses on the main drags, so don't for get those of us that are in favor of the change. William PS, this time I didn't call you David. lol ----- Original Message ----- From: daviska9 To: tabi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, January 26, 2010 8:07 PM Subject: [tabi] Re: Quick notice One other thought y'all. What if StarMetro provided into the mall service on Saturday only? Would that help? Our Chairman has requested that it be a meeting without any further public comment so the TAC may deliberate and vote. I have all of your concerns, and feedback from the last meeting and will try my best to take all of your positions into consideration that night. I will report to the group as to whether the measure passes or not, and by what degree of majority. Kevin Davis
