I don't want to defend Dial-a-ride here, but I suspect they will say that they
and StarMetro post-poned services that morning because they didn't want to put
their employees in danger. If that's so, how would someone be able to come in
and phone all those on the morning schedule?
It is something Dial-a-ride should plan for (remote access of the schedule with
call numbers when service is interrupted), so it could be done from home by
someone.

automated call from my school that it had been closed until 12 o'clock
and then took it upon myself to contact dial a ride, and even then
