You are thinking good, but to get them to do this is another thing. As for
the last part of your thoughts this is the way it usually is and you said a
mouth full. Good thinking though.

I think the city should determine where is located the disadvantaged
citizen,

predetermine their specific problems,

make a conscious effort to structure around as much or, as many of those as
humanly possible,

send each one a letter pointing out there prescribed route for each one,

showing how much work has gone in to its deliberating to make some
integrated and educated resolve in the minds of it's disadvantaged
population!
 Because,

what I think I am hearing most often here on TABI is:

a question of, what is it the city knows so much about the disadvantaged
citizens needs before it can go so quietly and swiftly,

in to this grave change?

It is as though,

some are thinking,

the rich guy, from the tenth floor decided,

when he looked down on the street and saw so many hungry people gathered,

he would have a bit of fun if he tossed a couple million out in fifties!

Who ever gets some get some!

Then, everybody is happy!

Only twenty out of two hundred got some and they all needed some!

But now!

 his conscience is clear?

Thanks Ms. Yvonne, Ms. Dorothy, and Ms. Sila for those kind and lovely
wishes on my Birthday!

Charles Atkins
