The city did put a phone number in their press release of 891.4968, do you know
if a person could call and have all this done over the phone if you’re not
comfortable trying the browser?

I just used the tool-- very helpful... BUT the online form you must complete to
describe your residence-- single family home vs townhouse, year built, square
footage, electric or gas for various appliances-- has lots of drop-down boxes
scattered around the page. Visually it was a bit much... hope a screen reader
will do a better job.
HOWEVER, it WAS very helpful, and will tell you exactly what percent you can
expect to save (or not) by switching to the Nights & Weekends Plan.
