You have a lot of recommendations as to specific banks or credit unions ...
my general opinion is that local credit unions offer you better features
like over-draft protection, but larger institutions are more likely to have
accessible computer access. Local credit unions often charge you less in
fees as well.
You may want to get on Vorail to ask about accessibility of something which
is nation-wide in scope (such as Bank of America), and of course you can
always google them and accessibility. You can call their customer service
to ask about features such as over-draft protection, but their fee structure
is often complicated.
I can't weigh in on accessibility as Allison handles ours, but I'll mention
we chose Citi Bank for all the features they offer (they don't have local
branches in Tally though). I cannot think when we've last needed a local
branch; they'll send you paper-work by mail if necessary, and at the time
their electronic bill pay etc. was far in advance of local credit unions,
and their fees were less than local banks.

I'd like to ask for some input on banks everyone is using to see if there's
a good option for me to switch to from Chase. I need to switch bank account
because Chase no longer allows me to link a credit card to my checking
account for overdraft protection. This is the primary thing I'm looking for
in a new checking account with another bank but I would also like to know
about the online banking access. I know that the Chase website is excessive
bowl but that doesn't matter anymore; can people please let me know what
bank websites, and iPhone apps, or accessible? Thank you for all of the
