Richard read the 5/10/12 minutes and William asked for

an affirmation of the minutes as read with Barbara Ross being added to the
attendance. The decision was unanimous and it was accepted as read.

attached.

Shelley and Kathy thanked TCB for the financial assistance which enabled them
to attend the FCB convention.

Wanda reported everything is in order for the July TCB picnic with LBB's summer
program. The next activity will be the TCB annual picnic in September.

William shared a fund raising idea with the group which would be a joint effort
by TCB and a local business such as Belk's. The group is interested and

approved of William following up on the proposed fund raiser.

There was no old or new business for this meeting.
