[tabi] Leon County recycling expanded to include all forms of plastic

Beginning June 17, the city of Tallahassee and Leon County are expanding the
types of items that can be recycled.
Previously, only certain plastic jugs and bottles were accepted by the city and
county, in addition to glass, metal cans, paper and cardboard. That list has
been expanded now to include all plastics that hold less than three gallons,
including butter tubs, yogurt cups, and produce baskets.
