Hi all,
 
The Kyocera Kona is a popular low-cost phone offered by several of the "pay
as you go" companies; it claims to be fully accessible "out of the box", and
you can obtain it for around $20 from companies such as Virgin Mobile (I
think now operating as PayLo for some of their products).
 
I mention it because Kyocera has just released the ascii file guide for
blind users, which provides you with information not usually founbd in their
standard user's guide for the phone.  To get a copy you need to send your
request (stating the model and the service you are using) to:
