DBS in their strategic planning. Also please forward to anyone who

The Florida Division of Blind Services is undertaking a strategic
planning process.  Your input into this process is extremely
important.  You are invited to provide your input by completing the
below questionnaire.  When answering the questions, please consider
the timeframe to be 2009 through 2014.  Completed questionnaires may
be submitted to the Division of Blind Services by October 23, 2009, by
one of the methods provided below.
