Governor,
I use JAWS 16 at work and it isn't compatible with Windows 10. The computer
solutions company we use are currently removing Windows 10 from my computer
and reinstalling Windows 7. It's caused a lot of headaches. :)!

JAWS works fine with Windows 10. JAWS 17 works well, form what I hear.
NVDA, the screen reader I use, works great with it.
