Senior Center Launches New Program for Outdoor Adventurists
Lifelong Outdoor Pursuits Program Kicks Off This Week
November 13, 2017
“A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old
dimensions,” said Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., an American jurist who served on
the U.S. Supreme Court.
If you’re 50 years of age or older and interested in having new experiences
of your own, check out the new Lifelong Outdoor Pursuits program. Join
Tallahassee Senior Services staff for a program kick-off event on Friday,
Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.at Maclay Gardens State Park, located at 3540
Thomasville Road. This event is free and open to the public.
