Totally confusion at star metro is why we have the messed up system we are 
forced to live with.

I just got a message from Brian Waterman canceling our meeting to discuss an 
accessibility action plan because TCB has requested a meeting with city 
officials pertaining to a reduction of the level of service of Dial A Ride 
since the decentralization of the bus system and the limited amount of 
transportation services for the disabled in the city and county.

Brian,

This makes no sense.  The tcb meeting pertains to dial a ride only.  If you 
will remember about 9 months ago William Benjamin and I had a conference with 
you with concerns about a reduced service in Dial A Ride and certain things 
were promised which have not happened and that is why TCB is requesting the 
meeting with city officials.  My issue is dealing with the bus route system.

If you prefer I will be more than glad to take my issues to the city also.
