Letter: StarMetro changes created more problems

Many of the new changes in the StarMetro system have created more problems
than they solve. Consider the Tall Timbers route (T route) I have been
riding for seven years. This route formerly had a wait time of 30 minutes,
then it was increased to 40 minutes. Guess how long you have to wait now for
a T bus? An hour! And please, do not try to find a seat on the T route.
There are none. Once people at the shelter get on the bus, there are no more
seats. And this happens all day long. Either more buses need to be added or
the wait time needs to be decreased to 30 minutes. There was nothing wrong
with the T route for the majority of us who pay to ride it. But I guess
someone at StarMetro wanted to make changes, so they did. They don't care
about the people who pay to ride the buses. It appears all they care about
is themselves and their paychecks.
