Office of Bill Drafting Services
The Florida Senate has a full-time Attorney vacancy with the Office of Bill
Drafting Services. This position involves drafting bills and amendments for
members of the Senate and Senate Committees, as well as performing legal
research and providing professional legal counsel and advice on proposed
legislation and other legal matters. Admission to The Florida Bar is
required and legislative experience highly desirable.
Salary is commensurate with skills and experience, annual pay range of
$38,220 - $82,608. The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package
including health, life, dental, and long-term disability benefits.
