  we get the bills brailled the same day they are sent to us by the City.  City 
Personnel are responsible for sending them out.

      actually, the Lighthouse brailles the bills when they are received from 
the City of Tallahassee.  City of Tallahassee Personnel then collect the bills 
and send them out to the customers.

        Does anyone know how the City goes about getting the Braille bills out 
to it's blind customers?

        Or better yet,

        does anyone know the people on staff doing that?
