Hello all,

 

The Governor's Commission on Disabilities is conducting a survey to
understand the needs of Floridians with vision and hearing disabilities
in emergencies. If you have a vision or hearing disability, please visit

ty to complete a 5 minute survey about your preferences. All responses
are anonymous and will be combined into a report that will be used to
make recommendations to state emergency planners. If you have trouble
completing the survey on the link, please complete the Word version
attached and send back to me.
