[sysconfig1] New EClass website for MIT 311

We will be using a new website for our course:
http://blackboard.stclaircollege.ca/ to access your course information.
Students should use their STUDENT NUMBER as their username AND password in
order to log into Blackboard.

If you need any assistance, let me know.

The old website will not be update anymore.
