Robert (Unregistered) posted Week 5 NFL Predictions: NFL Week 5 Last week: 7-7 (.500) Another lousy week. One thing is clear: there are no dominating teams in the league. Mediocre is mediocre. The Randy Moss deal probably dooms the Pats’ chance for a Superbowl run. That said, the Minnesota-Jets game takes on added significance. The Vikings get the deep threat that had been missing so far this season, but Moss must go up against Revis again in what has become a private grudge match between the two. The Vikings need a win to stay within earshot of another division title. The Jets can put some distance between themselves in suicidal Patriots with a win. Should be a great game. TEXANS over Giants – another chance for Houston to prove it is a playoff worthy team Jaguars over BILLS – toss-up game, question is whether Jags will let down after big win BENGALS over Buccaneers – I warned of a possible Browns upset last week, Bengals should get back on track Falcons over BROWNS – Browns had their highlight against rivals last week, now revert back to form Rams over LIONS –toss-up COLTS over Chiefs – surprise second loss for Peyton & crew last week; Chiefs may be for real; this game will answer a lot of questions Packers over REDSKINS – have ‘Skins turned a corner, or will Pack shred their secondary? Bears over PANTHERS – the return of Julius Peppers, but who will be Bears’ QB? toss-up RAVENS over Broncos – this may be Ravens time to step up in a tough division Saints over CARDINALS – Cards are in trouble on both offense & defense Chargers over RAIDERS – Chargers finally played up to potential last week COWBOYS over Titans – a VERY dangerous game for Dallas 49ERS over Eagles – no Vick, no win for Philly JETS over Vikings – toss-up GAME OF THE WEEK <http://ludwig.squarespace.com/nfl-football/post/1263514> -- Powered by Squarespace (http://www.squarespace.com/) To participate in the discussion, go here: http://seanwilson.org/sworg/index.php?t=rview&frm_id=2
