Hey Katy,

For some reason I’m not able to register. The form keeps responding that I
need to enter my birth date but I have entered it correctly as xx/xx/xxxx as
the form states. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Is there a phone number I
should call to register over the phone?

Attendees at the 2013 Mid-Level Workshop

The exciting overnight format should provide plenty of opportunities for
learning, growth, and establishing (or rekindling) peer relationships. The
workshop will be held June 11 – 12 at the beautiful University of Texas at
Dallas campus.

Registration closes on May 12, 2015.
