For those with limited machining abilities (if you don't have access to a
lathe).
My friend made a 98mm for his M-impulse KNSB motor. Worked great.

and we did the same for our 12" motor with ~2,000 pounds of thrust for 18
seconds...twice and ready for a third firing.
