[sugpro] How to tell difference between KNSB and KNDX grain?

I MAY have grabbed the wrong jar of sugar off the shelf the other day, and
mixed up a batch of KNDX when I meant to cast KNSB.  Is there any simple
test (destructive is fine, since I have some scrap material) which will
tell me whether a grain is KNDX or KNSB?  I'm using RIO, so color is not a
good method.
