Hayk,
 onlinemetals.com and McMaster.com are both very convenient places to
order steel rounds for nozzle making and both give fast service.

Cost is higher than purchasing off-cuts at local metal suppliers, but
not that bad. After all, most of the "cost" of making a nozzle is
machining time, which can be many hours depending on the size and
complexity.

I agree with Grant, 12L14 is by far the better choice. Machines
"nearly" as easily as 6061 aluminum. without the dreaded (and
hazardous) stringy shavings.

Typical costs for 1 foot of 12L14, 2" diameter (enough for several nozzles):
