I've decided that FaceTime is a little bit clumsy for larger groups (and I
found it hard to use as a meeting host). Plus, you can only do it using an

So we are going to use Zoom. It's VERY easy to use and it works better than
FaceTime.
It works on iPhones, iPads, Androids, Macs, and Windows PCs. Everything.
On Saturday morning I will send out an email with the Zoom invitation. All
you have to do is click on the link in the invitation.
If you don't already have Zoom installed on your device, you should be
prompted to download it. It's free and easy to use. You don't have to sign
in or anything.
After the download, GO BACK TO YOUR EMAIL and click the link at the top of
the email to join the meeting.
When it asks you to use your video camera and audio, say YES.
If anyone wants to practice using Zoom, we can do a practice session
tomorrow (Friday) in the evening, say 7:00 pm? Let me know if you want to
participate. What else have we got to do, eh?
