my phone we can all communicate with each other on Friday.
The basic plan is to meet up in the bar/lounge area in the hotel lobby on
Friday at approx. Noon. This area usually gets VERY crowded at lunch. Last
year the hotel set up chairs and tables upstairs in the mezzanine area above
the bar. It is accessed by taking the escalator near the hotel's front desk.
So if we can't find room in the bar, we might end up upstairs. I'm sure we
can order our food "to go" and take it upstairs. OR maybe we'll get lucky and
find space downstairs.
I will send out a text to everyone on Friday around 11 am confirming the time
and location.
