Yes Sir. Thats true. My point was that we should have some plan to ensure
that students are capable of contributing to free software projects. In the
past we could not make students motivated to do this. I think those who are
doing it are self motivated and the number is very less.
Occasionally we should need to know when people like Jinesh, Anivar,
