the government needs to be compeled by law or even the ammendments of
the constitution to asign a good budgetary alocation to support all
special learners wherever they are.
the petition I sent to parliament last year talked of disability
empowerment fund being given to the specially elected
repressentatives. but that is the longterm measure.
fo this case the government needs to move with speed and the urgency
required to save those inoscent kids.
