I know that slates and styluses can be purchased from the Royal National
Institute for the Blind (RNIB) in the UK. A few years ago one set used to
cost 80 pounds; it must be more now. A ream of about 200 pages of Braille
paper can be purchased from the Kenya Institute for the Blind (KIB) for 500
shillings.
