The Gold got up early on the Green Hornets and held on late to get a 127-109
hard fought victory. Julius Randle took the smaller NY PF's inside repeatedly
to score 40 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Kyle Lowry scored 29 and
dished out 12 assists. Jru Holiday added 16 on 8-10 shooting. GRG shot 60%
from the floor and 86% on 25-29 shooting from the charity stripe. One of the
Balls led NYG with 19 points to lead a balanced attack including 17 from
Brooks, 15 from Gay, 14 from Ayton and 10 apiece from Quickley and Nwaba.
