This is one round of golf for two: $99.00 or one round of golf for four for
$189.00, good through 27 September. We have done this before. The issue becomes
getting consecutive Tee Times more than seven days out. George Heidenreich has
helped us arrange those, and has been able to get us a similar rate without the
Groupon. If we want to set up an event at Steele Canyon, someone could
volunteer to take the lead. By the way, I recently arranged an outing at Steele
Canyon for 120 confirmed players for 5 March 2017 at a $150.00 rate. The
tournament director is very happy about that and may be willing to give our
small group a good rate going through George and reminding the tournament
director of the connection to that event.
One more thought. Madras has offered us the $85 rate to add our group to the 12
August Northrop Grumman tournament that was originally planned for our recent 3
June outting. If enough people are interested, I could follow up with Maderas.
The minimum is 9 players.
