I direct your attention to the original email on this thread where Rules has
put forth Bob Clark as a candidate for membership in our august group.
Bob has golfed as a guest of SOGAGG on several occasions, is a retired Navy
Captain, former SPAWAR Program Manager and for the past 13+ years has served
as the Vice President for Corporate Communications for Forward Slope, Inc.
He has a relaxed demeanor, great sense of humor and is drawn to SOGAGG by
the group's desire to treat each other with irrelevance and disrespect while
all the time reminding ourselves that golf is just the medium we use to
enjoy each other's company and nobody really cares about the score.
Historically, we've done this via private vote so there is no chance of a
biased result, which, with our group, would be highly unlikely but
regardless, this is the method we use.
