have some unfortunate news for you. Unbeknownst to you, I nominated you for
membership in our, what’s the opposite of august, society. Thinking that you
might have an interest in joining us, they voted you in. I know you are
dismayed, and will likely never invite me to your annual Christmas party again.
I deeply regret any distress that my activities may have caused you or your
family, and I hereby undertake not to repeat any such proceedings at any time
in the future. I was thinking only of myself, knowing that we needed another
good person in our group. I will forever be in your debt if you can humble
yourself to the point of accepting this membership and forget it was me who set
you up for the pain, agony, and humiliation of being a member of the Society
of Golfers Against Good Golf. I know you abhor long emails, but it’s too
late. Below you will find info on two SOGAGG outings you might enjoy. Please
join us if you can. That said, Axe (aka Sarah) has set up an outing on
Friday, March 2nd at Barona with three back-to-back twilight tee times (($74)
at 11:00, 11:10 and 11:20. If you are not already a Barona member, you will
need to sign up at the golf shop for a classic membership. We intend to drop
by the casino after the round for dinner, or whatever we can tolerate. So far

Slice> OB> Birdee Chi Chi (aka Dennis Choquette) has set up an outing in Las
Vegas from 16-21 March. We could use an 8th. We are planning to carpool. I
got in late so couldn’t find a spot at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort, but I
found cheap lodging via the Armed Forces vacation club at The Grandview Las
