SOGAGG Colleagues,
If you're wondering why the news reports are filled with the sighting of
strange lights in the skies up North, the mystery has been solved. It was
fireworks being shot off from any number of supporting agencies to
commemorate the special day being celebrated by our own Chi Chi, who became
another year younger today, a truly amazing feat.
