All - attached spreadsheet is a list of pre- and day-of PGD activities for
discussions later today. The highlighted activities or notes are things that
need to be discussed, planned, and actioned. The un-highlighted activities
have been completed and are for reference.
There is also a list of notes for the MC (Divot) during the PGD luncheon at the
bottom of the spreadsheet.
Axe - thank you for your help in providing information on sponsors and POCs, I
believe I captured and entered them in this spreadsheet version.
Boiling it all down:

7 more non-SOGAGG volunteers are needed (14 total are needed including SOGAGG
members) for the registration based on the activities I have identified.

10 non-SOGAGG volunteers are needed (14 total including SOGAGG members) for the
on-course golf event.
If SOGAGG volunteers from the registration can support the on-course golf
event, then we can reduce the number of non-SOGAGG volunteers by that amount.
