Sorry I got a little carried away but I hope this is helpful.
Brief synopsis
I tried to add a little beef to your outline so it would be easier for our MC
to just read thru.
Added estimated time line for each major section shown below and on the
attached file.
Added some time for the Folds recipient to speak to the crowd assuming we can
make that happen.
Added the ceremonial $10K check to Folds presentation just before the winner
announcements.
Added a Wrap it Up Ending with sign up early next year, Committee interested in
suggestions to improve the experience, etc.. Drive safely.
My estimate on total time:
Kickoff Announcement at 1225 with Awards Luncheon start at 1230 pronto
MC Intro and Welcome = 3 minutes
Recognition Segment = 40 minutes
Closing Comments/Check Presentation = 5 minutes
Winner Announcements and Presentation = 15 minutes w/photos
That's All Folks Final Comments = 2 minutes
TOTAL TIME = 65 minutes
