I have updated the Golf Event Staff Assignments. Please review the attached
documents to see if you have been moved or have new responsibilities.
I am attempting to put together a POA&M. I need your input, both on actions
you intend to take and deadlines you want to establish for those actions. Look
for your name below for actions you should include:
• Executive Director: Dwayne Junker. Schedule speakers /
announcements at NDIA Luncheons? Coordinate with Sponsorship and External
Communications Directors for schedule of additional speaker events /
advertising opportunities.
• Event Manager: Charlie Hopkins. Create overarching POA&M.
Coordinate Director interfaces with The Folds of Honor Foundation and RBI.
• Assistant Event Manger: Gar Wright. Ideas for advertising our
event.
• Sponsorship Director: Gar Wright. Sponsorship POA&M.
• Assistant Sponsorship Directors: Sarah Lamade. Support Gar.
• Finance Director: Mike Woiwode. Timeline for Financial
Processes being up and running.
• Non-sponsorship, Off-course Fundraising (NOF) Director. Becky
Hank. Targets / Timeline to support: Player Registration Gift Bags, Raffle (if
scheduled), and Silent Auction.
• NOF Team Member. Jeff Hailey / Jack Sears /. Support Becky.
• Non-sponsorship, On-course Event (NOE) Director. John Hank.
Timeline for Hole-by-hole event concepts. Determine number of desired/required
volunteers.
• NOE Team Member. Dave Rodriguez / Ken Garber. Support John.
• Webmaster. Doug Twining. Timeline for “go-live” on 2018 NDIA
Gold Coast Patriot Golf Day web site.
